Are Data Studio and Looker Studio the same thing?
Yes. Google renamed Data Studio to Looker Studio in 2022 and brought the old name back in April 2026. It is the same tool.
Which should I choose: Data Studio or Power BI?
Both are included in the subscription and the data is the same in each — only the way you connect differs. Data Studio runs in the browser and suits you if you use Google services. Power BI fits if your team already works with it or with Microsoft 365.
Are Data Studio and Power BI paid?
Google Data Studio is free. Power BI Desktop is free too, but sharing reports with colleagues in the Power BI Service needs a Power BI Pro licence from Microsoft. Adminka Connect is paid separately.
How do I connect Power BI?
Your account offers two ways. Simple: copy a table link and paste it into Power BI Desktop via Get data → Web. Advanced: one function for all tables — it loads data in parts and sets column types right away, so tables load in full even with years of CRM history. To have the report refresh itself in the Power BI Service, set up a scheduled refresh — no gateway needed.
What do I need to connect?
Your CRM’s API key. In KeepinCRM and KeyCRM the account owner creates it in settings; in Pipedrive each user has one in their own settings. We’ll walk you through it when you connect.
How fresh is the data?
We update data every night: today’s data is in your reports tomorrow morning.
Do you change anything in my CRM?
No. We only read data.
Do you load custom fields?
Yes. Fields you created in your CRM yourself become separate columns in your reports, in the right format: numbers can be summed, dates can be filtered. A new field appears in reports after the next nightly update.
What if our deals are in different currencies?
Every amount is available in its original currency and in hryvnias at the National Bank of Ukraine rate: for deals and orders, the rate of the creation date; for payments, the rate of the payment date. If you prefer, your CRM’s main currency can be used instead of hryvnias.
Can I change the reports?
Yes. You set up how reports look in Data Studio or Power BI however you like, and we make sure the data is complete and up to date.
What happens after the trial?
Subscribe and everything keeps working with no setup again. If you don’t, access stops and your data is deleted after 30 days.
How do I cancel?
In your account, or just write to us. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
